A Comprehensive Evaluation of Your Contracts
GLC also provides a comprehensive contract evaluation, including an analysis of your licenses and service agreements to ensure that they are both current and relevant. In addition to this service, GLC will also evaluate certain bundled or individual expiration and renewal terms, and then make recommendations for them based on your needs and objectives. We will also review your purchase histories from the manufacturers, vendors and service representatives that you work with, including updating contact information, contract numbers and serial numbers for hardware support agreements. After GLC has completed this comprehensive contract evaluation, we will provide you with either an electronic or print report that includes the following information:
- A detailed inventory analysis that assesses your equipment, and then sorts them by type, age, model, warranty status, firmware and code levels, expiration, and residual value
- An environment information summary to show what systems are covered, and to what date, as well as the overall health of your environment that is sorted by total counts by model, code levels, and warranty status
- A list of suggested co-term renewal dates for contract consolidation that is based off of budget year, asset life cycles or other business drivers
