HP ProLiant BL490c Generation 7 Blade

The HP Proliant BL490c G7 is the latest 2 Processor model blade in the Intel Proliant series.  The half height BL490c G7 lowers infrastructure costs by simplifying networking connections with the integrated HP Virtual Connect FlexFabric architecture and the capability for 24 NICs.  The Proliant BL490c G7 provides exceptional computing power with (2)  Intel 5600 series processors; 4 or 6 core. BL490c G7 memory options provide memory capacity reaching 192GB RDIMM or 48GB UDIMM, when installed in 12 of the 18 slots. The BL490 offers both hot plug and non-hot pluggable drives in the SATA SSD and SAS types.  The BL490c G7 also introduces the new i-Lo 3 with huge performance gains over the i-Lo 2 platform.
