Also, the Proliant BL460c G7 provides exceptional computing power with up to 2 Intel Xeon 5500 or 5600 series processors, with each processor featuring 2, 4 or 6 cores for dense computing power. Additionally, memory options provided by the BL460c G7 include a maximum memory capacity reaching 384 Gigabytes (GB) when utilizing the full 12 available DIMM slots. HP BL460c G7 servers are designed so that all 12 DIMM slots can be utilized without reducing memory speed.

Offering power-efficiency, scalability and flexibility, the HP ProLiant BL460c G7 offers three different drive options to meet any business need. As a result, BL460c G7’s can be equipped with up to two hot pluggable small form factor (SFF) Serial Attached SCSI (SAS), Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA), or Solid State Drives (SSDs). HP BL460c G7 server blades are also equipped with a dual-port 10 Gigabit (Gb) FlexFabric adapter, an internal USB and a SD card slot for such benefits as simple and yet flexible hypervisor deployments.
