Dedicated to minimizing server downtime, Dell PowerEdge C6100 servers are equipped with up to 4 independent server nodes, enabling service to individual nodes and resulting in up to a 75% increase in uptime. Configured to work well in diverse enterprise environments, Dell C6100 servers are ideal for applications such as Web 2.0, cloud building, data analysis, rack deployments, and High Performance Computing (HPC). C6100 servers also work well for large, homogenous cloud and cluster environments in which the availability and resiliency primarily resides in the software stack. In addition, virtualization capabilities are available for Dell PowerEdge C6100 servers with a choice of optional hypervisors from industry-leading VMware, Citrix and Microsoft.
