Cisco 2960S Switch

The Cisco 2960S switches are the leader in Layer 2 edge switching. These switches offer Cisco's FlexStack technology. FlexStack technology performs at up to 40 Gbps, while allowing the customer to manage up to four physical switches as a single unit. Cisco Catalyst 2960S switches do not include the FlexStack stacking module, but it is an option. Stacking modules are an option that is supported by any 2960-S switch with LAN Base software. Cisco 2960S configurations include 24 or 48 ports of Gigabit Ethernet with uplink flexibility using 1 gig or 10 gig uplinks. The latest PoE+ capable devices are supported with up to 30W PoE+ per port.
