Configured 10U high, HP BladeSystem c7000 blade enclosures offer device bays for up to 16 half-height blades or up to 8 full-height blades or a mixture of both. Additionally, HP c7000 enclosures feature 8 interconnect bays that offer support for any I/O fabric, whether of the Ethernet, Fibre Channel (FC) or Infiniband varieties. With a shared 5 TB/s high-speed midplane, HP c7000 blade enclosures allow for wire-once connectivity of server blades to network and shared storage.
