Great Lakes Computer can offer experienced engineers who will assist in the operating system installation and configuration, with testing, documentation, and training. Our engineers are experienced in pSeries servers, xSeries servers, DS Series storage, and 3580/3590 series tape systems.

Hardware and Operating System Installation

In those cases where our customers are moving to a new hardware and software environment, our engineers will provide the services to install and configure the servers, storage, and operating system. Great Lakes’ engineers are certified and experienced in the AIX operating system either with or without Logical Partitioning (LPAR), plus we also have extensive experience and certifications in High Availability Clusters (HACMP). On the xSeries platform, Great Lakes has experienced and certified engineers in Windows server operating systems, and in VMWare.
