- Audit and Inspection – Components are inspected for manufacturer revision levels, verification of part number, and cosmetically acceptable standards.
- Initial Diagnostic – Full test via manufacturer’s diagnostic procedures.
- Revision Process – Repair or replace non-working components and upgrade to current revision levels.
- Full Diagnostic – Full diagnostic test and mandatory burn in period.
- Cosmetic - Computerized paint matches for every manufacturer to repair blemishes or scratches. Cosmetically damaged components are either replaced or repaired from our components spares inventory.
- Inventory Process – Every component is serialized and bar-coded by manufacturer’s serial number, sealed in a static free bag and allocated into our 63,000 warehouse storage facility.
- Configuration – All orders are custom configured according to customer specifications.
- Integration – Full diagnostic test and mandatory burn period for configured product.
- Final Inspection – All configurations are visually inspected for adherence to our quality control standards.
- Packaging Process – Anti-static bags and expandable foam reinforcing materials are used in our customized packing to prevent damage from shipping and handling.
