Joaquin to the Rescue
"I just wanted to pass along a little bit of thanks for such good technical support with regards to my server hardware issue.
Before Joaquin Garcia called, I was very nervous about my situation. My boss was questioning whether my server purchase had been the right decision. I greatly appreciated your prompt reaction to my situation, however the thought of having to freight back a server chassis, rebuild the server myself and schedule maintenance to help me put it back in the rack was rather daunting.
When Joaquin called I thought we were just going to run a few tests to prove that the product was, in fact, defective/broken so that we could file an RMA. I had no idea that he would be able to narrow the problem down to just one of the processors. Joaquin was very professional and very patient with me and I appreciate that very much. The server is now up and running again and I didn't have to work nearly as hard as I originally imagined that I would have had to, to get there. That level of quality service is a great motivator for me to consider buying extended warranties from Great Lake Computers.
